Tau Refits Tables

Kroot use the standard refits table in the rule book.
+10% to points cost of ship per refit.

Engine Refits

1 Secondary reactors: +2D6 on AAF
2 Series thrusters: When on 'Come To New Heading' special orders you may make the extra turn any time during movement
3 Manoeuvring thrusters: -5cm from needed distance to turn
4 Inertial Arresters: +1 Ld to 'Burn Retros' or 'Come To New Heading'
5 Auxiliary power relays: +5cm speed
6 Navigational shields: Blast markers do not slow the ship down

Ship Refits

1 Improved sensor spines: +2 Ld when enemy is on special orders
2 Independent shield generators: Shield strength is not affected by being crippled
3 Drone damage control: 2 extra D6 to repair in the end phase unless in contact with blast markers
4 Crystalline composite hull: Increase damage by 10%
5 Blacksun filter comms net: Does not suffer -1 Ld when in contact with blast markers
6 Overload shield capacitors: 6+ save against hits against shields

Weapons Refits

1 Stealth line shield harmonics: Enemy suffers a right column shift when using the gunnery table
2 Farsight targeters: Rail batteries receive the left shift for within 15cm on all ranges
3 Multi Targeter: Can choose which target to shoot at
4 Decoy Launchers: (Once per game) Decoys are launched which confuse the enemy, 6+ save against all hits (not against shields)
5 Heightened guidance filters: All weapons ranges (excluding ordnance) is increased by 10cm
6 Motion-tracking targeters: When on 'All Ahead Full', 'Burn Retros' and 'Come To New Heading', firepower is reduced by 25% not 50%

Crew Skills Table

Note: Kroot Do not have crew skills.

1 Expert Gunnery: Re-roll failed command check to lock-on (once per battle)
2 Skilled Engineers: When on 'All Ahead Full' you may re-roll the extra movement D6, the second roll stands even if it's worse (once per battle)
3 Adept Trimsman: +1 Ld to use 'Come To New Heading' special orders
4 Excellent pilots: (Yeld'I) 4+ save to fighters
5 Disciplined crew: Once per battle can re-roll a failed leadership test or command check
6 Elite command crew: Once per battle can automatically pass a Leadership test or command check
